Achieve Successful Weightloss
Many of us struggle to maintain a healthy weight from going on quick fix diets, taking diet pills, attempting to use will power to resist the food we enjoy, to looking at often unattainable images we see in the media. As a result our attempts to get healthier and slimmer often fail. Why? What we often forget is how we can use the power of the unconcious mind to completely change how we think about ourselves and our attitude to food. From an early age we have been programmed on an unconscious level to be tempted by food we see as 'naughty but nice'. As children, we may have been encouraged to finish our meals and food was used as a reward for good behaviour or as a treat. People often turn to food for comfort in times of boredom, loneliness, anxiety, depression , when we feel alone or unloved, food can be used unconsciously to fill an empty space.
We all have the resources to change and everyone of us has the potential to become happier, healthier and fitter by being given the right tools by reprogramming our attitude towards food and how we view ourselves.
How the Weightloss Programme works
Every client will have their own underlying reasons for finding it difficult to lose weight, as a therapist my role is to understand your own attitude to food and work closely with you to devise a unique treatment plan that works with your needs and requirements, that will unlock and reprogramme old thought patterns, change patterns of behaviour that are no longer useful and help you to feel motivated, re-energised, to set realistic goals that puts you firmly in the driving seat of how you really want to be. Unlike other methods of weight loss, the weightloss programme will address the underlying causes to ensure long lasting change and works in conjunction with an easy to follow diet and lifestyle plan tailored to fit around your existing circumstances and help you achieve your weightloss goals.
