Quit smoking for good!
We all know about the harmful effects of smoking so why do we find it so difficult to give up? Nicotine is an addictive substance but after a few days it leaves your system and most smokers agree that quitting smoking for a few days is difficult but very achievable. The answer lies in your subconsicous, deep down inside yourself you feel that you depriving yourself of some sort of benefit by giving up. The reasons are usually fear based such as not being able to handle stress, feeling excluded from social situations, putting on weight and many other fears that keep people in the grip of their addiction. Because the reasons for maintaining a smoking habit are psychological, hypnotherapy is found to be the most effective method of quitting smoking because it works with the unconscious mind using positive affirmations and suggestions which change our emotional and behavioural responses.
Hypnotherapy is an excllent method of quitting if you are committed to becoming a non-smoker and want to enjoy the positive outcomes such as good health, fitness, freedom, energy and enjoy more disposable income. How to quit If you are serious about quitting, ask yourself a question ' how would you feel if you woke up tommorow and were a non-smoker?' Write down the ways in which this would benefit you. Some of the benefits may include having more energy, disposable income, better health and freedom.
