Pam is an experienced hypnotherapist and hypnotherapy trainer and member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy and member of UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations.
In addition to hypnosis, Pam uses cognitive behaviour therapy which helps break long held negative thought patterns and beliefs as well as reiki, a gentle form of energy healing which works on removing any mental, emotional or physical blockages that are effecting well being and personal growth.
